  • Your initial consultation will involve a thorough assessment, where we take the time to understand your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we’ll explain our findings, answer any questions you have, and create a treatment plan that’s tailored to you.

  • Initial assessments usually take around 45–60 minutes, giving us time to properly assess, treat, and set up a clear plan moving forward. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes, but this can vary depending on your needs.

  • We combine hands-on therapy (such as joint mobilisation and soft tissue release) with active rehab strategies like strength and mobility exercises. Other techniques may include dry needling, strength rehab, and education-based pain management — all tailored to your condition and goals.

  • Yes — from elite athletes to weekend warriors, we treat all types of sports-related injuries. Whether you’re recovering from a strain, tear, or post-surgery rehab, we’ll help get you back to doing what you love, safely and confidently.

  • Absolutely. We have extensive experience in managing chronic pain conditions. Our approach focuses on education, gentle movement, and progressive strengthening to help reduce pain, improve function, and rebuild your confidence over time.

  • Yes — we provide safe, gentle care for pregnancy-related conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, lower back discomfort, or postnatal recovery. Treatment plans are always adapted to suit each stage of pregnancy.

  • This varies from person to person, depending on the type and severity of your condition, your goals, and how your body responds to treatment. After your initial assessment, we’ll give you a clear idea of what your rehab plan will look like — no guesswork, no pressure.

  • If your GP has referred you under a Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, you may be eligible for up to 5 subsidised physiotherapy sessions per calendar year.

    We accept EPC referrals — just bring the paperwork from your GP and note that a small gap fee may apply.

  • Yes! We’re fully accredited to treat injuries covered under both WorkCover and TAC.

    You’ll just need to provide your approved claim number and any relevant documentation before your appointment. We’ll take care of the rest and work with your case manager or GP as needed.

  • We’re proud to support veterans and Defence Force members. If you hold a White or Gold DVA card, you’re eligible for physiotherapy treatment with a valid GP referral.

    Just bring your referral and DVA card to your first session, and we’ll guide you from there.

  • Yes — we work with both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants aged 10 and over.

    Your sessions will be tailored to support your specific goals around movement, strength, function, or independence. Just get in touch and we’ll help you get started.

  • Absolutely. We have HICAPS available in the clinic, which means you can claim your rebate on the spot — just bring your private health card to your appointment.

    Please note: the rebate amount depends on your individual health fund and level of cover.

  • Yes, we do! If getting to the clinic is difficult due to mobility, recovery, or transport challenges, we’re happy to arrange a home visit.
