FAQ’S

  • Your initial consultation will involve a thorough assessment, where we take the time to understand your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we’ll explain our findings, answer any questions you have, and create a treatment plan that’s tailored to you.

  • Initial assessments usually take around 45–60 minutes, giving us time to properly assess, treat, and set up a clear plan moving forward. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes, but this can vary depending on your needs.

  • We combine hands-on therapy (such as joint mobilisation and soft tissue release) with active rehab strategies like strength and mobility exercises. Other techniques may include dry needling, strength rehab, and education-based pain management — all tailored to your condition and goals.

  • At Strengthen Up, we’re passionate about empowering people to stay stronger for longer. To help make this possible for everyone, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Providing this notice allows our support team time to offer your appointment to someone on our waitlist and helps our practitioners accommodate others who are ready to come in.

To support you in planning ahead, we also send appointment reminders 2 days in advance, giving you plenty of time to make any necessary changes.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and missed appointments will incur the full cost of the fee. Repeated late changes may also require prepayment to secure future bookings.
