Tom Halloran

Senior Physiotherapist & Director

Tom brings over a decade of experience working in Melbourne, Perth, and the UK. He is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist who genuinely cares about helping people feel better, move more freely, and build strength. With a background in both clinical and sports settings, Tom combines expert knowledge of evidence based research with a personal, supportive approach.

He takes the time to understand each person’s story, and creates strength-focused recovery plans tailored to your unique goals, whether you're an athlete, recovering from an injury, or simply want to stay active.

Tom believes in listening first and treating second. Every plan is personalised, strength-based, and goal-driven, helping clients get back to doing what they love, more confident and stronger for longer.

    • Senior Physiotherapist & Director at a Strength & Conditioning gym, treating injuries and designing rehab programs for athletes, including those in Powerlifting, CrossFit, and Australia’s Strongest competitions.

    • 5+ years in a specialist rehab clinic, focusing on both acute and persistent pain using strength-based rehab.

    • Experience in UK public and private sectors, specialising in post-op orthopaedic rehab (shoulder, hip, knee, foot, ankle).

    • Worked across Melbourne sports clinics, diagnosing and treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries.

    • Taught clinical Pilates to support injury recovery and long-term mobility.

Iwona Manikowska

Iwona completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy in Poland, where she began her career working as a physiotherapist.

Since then, she has gained experience in the private sector across both Australia and Poland, working with sports and musculoskeletal patients. Iwona treats a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to more complex, chronic presentations.

She is passionate about treating the body as a whole, combining active, strength-based rehabilitation with hands-on therapy to achieve the best outcomes for her patients. Having experienced her own injuries, Iwona understands the physical and emotional challenges of recovery. Her personal rehabilitation journey sparked a deep interest in the healing process and a lasting passion for helping others return to what they love.

Outside of work, Iwona enjoys dance classes and spending time at the gym. She loves being in nature, travelling when possible, and has a keen interest in natural medicine, breathwork, and cold therapy.
